IPTV Indian Channels available in United States

Indian Television in the United States

Hey Guys,

This is my first blog and I'm choosing to write about the various possible ways to get Indian Television in the United States.  This is so that you can figure out what is the best IPTV option for you!  My main focus is for Hindi/Urdu Packages.

  1. Dish Network IPTV: $9.99 - $59.99:  Link Here
This option is very expensive and also requires Dish Network Satellite Service along with the IPTV service.  This also requires a two year commitment.
  2. DirectTV South Asian T.V:  $14.99 - $39.99:  Link Here
This option is also very expensive because it requires Direct TV Service along with an additional subscription charge.  This also requires a two year commitment.
    Channels Available:
  3. AT&T Uverse: $35.00: Link Here
This option's also expensive because it requires subscription to one of Uverse's T.V packages along with the $35 Indian Channel package.  This also requires a two year commitment.  The five channels include: MTV India, SET India, StarPlus India, TV Asia, & Zee T.V.
  4. Comcast: $14.99 per channel + : Link Here
This requires a subscription to one of Comcast's T.V. packages along with the additional cost for Indian Channels.  This is another pricey option but good for those who don't want to get tied down to a two-year contract.  This option requires a one year commitment.
  5. WatchIndia.TV $24.99 per month: Link Here
This requires a one year commitment and pre-pay for the whole year so your actual price at the time of purchase is $299/year which is a big initial cash outlay.  This does include a free T.V box that runs through your choice of (Ethernet or Wi-Fi).  This box lets you stream Indian Channels and has the most variety of channels.
  6. tv-desi.com $19.99 per month:  Link Here
This option does not have any sort of commitment.  The price of subscription is $19.99 being payed monthly.  The only other cost is of the TV box that plays these channels onto your T.V.  This box is called NeuLion.  More information on the box can be found here: Link.
  7. YuppTV $5.99 per month + :  Link Here
This is a month to month cost.  The best option is the $9.99 one that includes 9 Indian channels: ET Now, Times Now, NDTV Hindu, NDTV 24/7, NDTV Profit, India.TV, X News, Zoom, NDTV Good Times, + more.  The good option for this is that you can play these channels through various devices that can be found here: Link.  If you like this option, I would recommend the Roku.  It works the best with YuppTv.  I also tried it with the Samsung Blu-ray player and it had a lot of issues so I wouldn't recommend it Samsung Internet Products.
  8. Roku :  Link Here
This offers multiple Indian TV options offered all at various prices / packages.
